Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your JEWELARIAA.com account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing’s, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money-back policy.

How do I return the product to Jewelariaa.com within 30days?

​​

1. Select the item in your order that you want to return.

2. Get your jewellery ready in the original packing material along with the certificate. Present it to our logistics pickup person for a quality check. Then, if you have received a tamper-proof packet from us, please secure your jewellery in it and seal it. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. Please hand over the product/packet to the person. Please collect an acknowledgment (pickup receipt on paper or photo of tracking number or SMS confirmation of pickup).

3. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed after a quality check to your JEWELARIAA.com account in 3-5 working days.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy:

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Jewelariaa.com, within India. The product along with the original product certificate can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Lifetime Exchange:

The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your JEWELARIAA.com account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything (except Solitaires) on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back:

If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 20 days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Jewelariaa.com shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

INTERNATIONAL

• The international shipping cost will be calculated and guaranteed at checkout. All of the prices already include customs taxes, duties, and fees to prevent shipment delays in customs overseas. It is calculated based on service level, the number of items purchased, the weight of the item(s), the destination country, and all applicable duties & taxes. 

• Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the merchandise purchased, the classification of the merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted & used, and the taxes or duty rates set by the destination country.

•  If you don't see the country you're looking for on the list, you may contact us directly and we will help you find a solution as some countries, unfortunately, prohibit packages that contain jewelry made and shipped from the US.
